The modern lifestyle is entangled by the pressing demands of our personal, family and business lives. Amidst it all, we seek control in our lives by simplifying the complex, eliminating the unnecessary, and creating time and space for things we, as individuals, find important.

Located in Baldwin Park, FL, and co-produced by BUILDER and HOME magazines, The InSync Home will highlight solutions that allow new home buyers to enjoy the benefits of a synchronized home—one that is completely modernized. The house is the latest in a line of phenomenal show homes produced for the International Builders’ Show.

Built by Goehring & Morgan Construction and designed by Morales-Keesee Designs Associates, the InSync Home will borrow from the early 20th century tradition of Spanish Eclectic architecture to make a beautiful statement, one that synchronizes old-world aesthetic and modern sensibility.

The InSync Home, adroitly designed and built, will be studied and emulated by thousands of people looking to achieve a synchronous flow throughout all parts of their lives.
